Modern life places immense pressure on people—caregiving, work demands, hormonal shifts, emotional labor, and chronic overstimulation can lead to nervous system dysregulation, fatigue, and burnout. This care package offers restorative, trauma-informed support through occupational therapy, lymphatic therapy, and body-based techniques to help you decompress and heal from the inside out.

Sessions are offered in the comfort of your home or virtually, depending on your preferences and the focus of care. You’ll also receive remote follow-up check-ins, collaborative care with your existing healthcare team, and customized wellness tools to support your progress between sessions.
